Villa Serena is a brand new compound featuring fourteen charming apartments surrounding a lovely pool and courtyard. This historic property has been lovingly restored with many traditional elements as well as modern conveniences.



Located just two blocks north of the Plaza Machado in the heart of historic Mazatlan, Villa Serena is an easy stroll away from many restaurants, shops, galleries, the public market and Olas Altas, a scenic beach which serves as the gathering spot for those who enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Each apartment in Villa Serena is unique, featuring tiled floors, wood beams, warm colors, and artistic touches. There are eight open one-bedroom apartments ,one two-story two-bedroom apartment, and five two-story apartments offering a large bedroom/sitting area upstairs (can be used as second bedroom or office). All two-story apartments have outdoor patios and laundry areas. The apartments are furnished and include fully-equipped kitchens with coffee makers, toasters, microwaves and blenders. There is cable TV in each living room. All bedrooms feature double or queen-size beds.







In addition to the shared courtyard with a gurgling fountain and sparkling cooling pool, there is an outdoor rooftop area with a sink and gas grill--perfect for dining al fresco and gazing at the stars!



All apartments in Villa Serena are available for short or long-term stays. Rates are calculated daily ,weekly(which includes all utilities) or monthly.
Monthly rentals range from $700 to $1100 US.

No pets or young children, please. Villa Serena prefers non-smokers.
